We offer FREE delivery on all our electric scooters to the UK and Northern Ireland delivered Monday to Friday except for Bank Holidays. Any orders where the total cost is less than £99 will be delivered for £4.95. Accessories ordered with electric scooters may arrive as a separate delivery.
Product delivery times are stated within the description and vary from Next Day to 5 days delivery. We always aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, dispatching orders the same day wherever possible. If you would like to know more about the delivery time of a particular product please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to help. We will send a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched to help keep you informed of delivery status.
CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR DELIVERIES
Order by 12 pm on 23 December for delivery on 24 December. Orders placed before 12 pm on 24 December will be delivered on 29 December, and those orders placed by 12 pm on 31 December will be delivered on 4 January 2021.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY
To qualify for Next Day delivery the product must be in stock and ordered before midday, Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on a Friday before midday can be delivered the following Monday. Any products in stock which are ordered after midday on a Friday or the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.
ABOUT SIGNED FOR DELIVERIES:
All our electric scooter orders will be sent by Signed Delivery requiring a signature upon delivery either by yourself, another eligible member of the household or a neighbour.
If you’re unavailable to take delivery and cannot sign for it, our courier will contact you and leave a card notification, stating details of how to arrange a redelivery, or collection from your local depot.
Should our courier be unsuccessful in attempting to deliver your order on three occasions, the item will be returned to e-mota.
Those returned items will be added back into our stock and we will credit your account accordingly with the order amount. However, this amount will be minus the courier fee to deliver the item back to us. You will need to re-order the item or have it re-shipped which we’ll be happy to help with.
INCORRECT DELIVERY DETAILS:
e-mota cannot be held responsible if any customer details an incorrect delivery address on their order which results in the item being delivered incorrectly. The customer assumes full responsibility for all delivery details at time of order.
If you think you may have input incorrect delivery details after having placed your order, please contact us on email@example.com in the first instance with your order number and we’ll be happy to help correct the situation.

At present we only ship to UK and Northern Ireland.
